Know Who You’re Trusting

Before a firm hands over client documents, it deserves to know who is accountable for them. At Rocherri, that’s a person with a name — not a support queue.

From the founder

I started Rocherri because I kept meeting firms that had already bought AI and never adopted it. The software worked. Nobody opened it.

That gap isn’t a technology problem, it’s an operations problem — and it’s the one we solve. We build the tools, we rewrite the workflow around them, and we stay until your associates are using them on an ordinary Tuesday morning without being asked.

I run this company personally. When your firm engages Rocherri, I’m in the room for scoping, I sign the engagement, and my name sits on the outcome. You won’t be handed to an account manager you’ve never met.

Behind me is a bench of 30 independent engineers — specialists we bring onto a build the way your firm staffs a matter: by the skill the work actually calls for. Every one of them signs confidentiality terms before touching a Rocherri system, and none of them work with your privileged client data.

If that structure matters to you — and for a firm handing over client files, it should — I’d rather you hear it from me plainly than infer it from a logo wall.

How an engagement is staffed

One name accountable. The right people on the work.

Accountable

Aidan Selles, Founder & CEO

Signs every engagement and stays on it from first demo through firmwide adoption. One escalation path, and it ends with the person who owns the company.

Delivery

A named lead per firm

A single point of contact who learns your matter types, your document system, and your partners’ names — so you aren’t re-explaining your practice every call.

Specialist bench

30 independent engineers

Integrations, security review, workflow design. Brought onto your build for the work that needs them, and stood down when it’s finished.

What the bench means for your data

A distributed team, held to a single standard

Signed before access

Every engineer signs confidentiality and IP-assignment terms before receiving credentials to any Rocherri system.

Least privilege by default

Contractors work in scoped environments with access limited to the component they’re building, and revoked when the work closes.

No client files in development

Builds and testing run on synthetic matter data. Privileged client documents stay inside your firm’s tenancy.

One contracting party

You engage Rocherri, not thirty individuals. Obligations and liability sit with the company, in writing.

Ethical walls respected

Matter-level separation is configured in your workspace and carried through anything we build against it.

Documented for your GC

Our subcontractor terms, access controls, and data flows are available for review before you sign anything.

What we believe

Adoption is the deliverable

A pilot is not a result

Software a firm licenses and doesn’t use has cost it money and time. We measure ourselves on usage, not signature.

Train the firm, not the tool

Rocherri Academy exists because the constraint is rarely the model. It’s whether a second-year knows when to reach for it.

Plain answers about limits

We tell you what AI shouldn’t touch in your practice. Lawyers can spot an overclaim, and one is enough to lose the room.
